If you're someone who has always muscled through life but now feels it's time to slow down, reflect, and try a new approach forward, you're in the right place. My services provide a space for processing, psychoeducation, and coping skills. My clients are often individuals who feel deeply, think constantly, or describe themselves as having a "busy brain." You may be someone who feels like you're “too much." You might be seen as high-achieving or perfectionistic by others, yet carry a harsh inner critic. Or perhaps you find yourself suppressing emotions or self-medicating, and now you're ready to explore what’s beneath the surface.

I work best with those who are open to practicing constructive ways of thinking and incorporating tools that involve the whole body, not just the mind. I help clients explore the connections between past experiences and present behaviors, patterns, and habits. Progress often looks like building self-awareness, cultivating self-compassion, and deepening your insight and tolerance so you can begin to feel a greater sense of agency in your life. Our work is not trendy "self care"; it is authentic, sustainable ways to support your overall well-being.
I am currently pursuing certifications in trauma-conscious yoga and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
