My services provide a space for processing, psychoeducation, and coping skills. If you're someone who has always muscled through life but now feels it's time to slow down, reflect, and truly move forward, you're in the right place. I work best with individuals who feel deeply, think constantly, or describe themselves as having a "busy brain." You may be someone who feels like you're “too much” in other relationships. You might be seen as high-achieving or perfectionistic by others, yet carry a harsh inner critic. Or perhaps you find yourself suppressing emotions or self-medicating, and now you're ready to explore what’s beneath the surface.

Trauma Focused Existential Strength-Based |
Through a trauma-informed approach, I help clients explore the connections between past experiences and present patterns. We can work towards a balance between the mind and body. I incorporate somatic practices, such as grounding, breath work, focusing, and sensorimotor techniques, to help you not just talk about what you’re going through, but truly move your way through it. We can build self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and deepen your insight so you can begin to feel a greater sense of agency in your life.
